Your satisfaction is important to us, from start to finish. Making sure each order is correct, on time and done with care is a top priority. If at any point during your order process you have a question or concern we are here to answer the call.

One benefit of being a small home bakery is we are open to customizing certain products and flavors, so please don't hesitate to ask!
If the order is not correct based on the order details you confirmed, late, or damaged we will issue you a refund for your order.
/ WHOLESALE&LARGE ORDER INQUIRIES
We are unable to sell our products wholesale to restaurants or store locations, in accordance with (HAR) Chapter 11-50 Food Safety Code.

Large quantity orders are welcome, with a minimum two weeks notice. The delivery fee is waved for orders over $300.
CANCELATION POLICY
Sometimes plans fall through, we completely understand. We ask that if you need to cancel an order it be done 72 hours prior to the pick-up/delivery date.

If you need to cancel your order within the 72 hours prior to your pick-up/delivery, that is okay. You will be charged 50% the cost of your original order.

If an invoice is not paid 24 hours prior to your pick-up/delivery we will send a reminder. If we do not hear back or receive payment we will assume the order has been canceled, send a message that we are suspending the order, and will send an invoice for 100% of the original order.
/ PAYMENT METHODS
Upon confirmation that your order details are correct you will be sent an invoice to your email. The invoice must be paid 24 hours before pick-up or delivery.
